If you have booked an appointment with Winston Studio, you can always cancel or reschedule. For a full refund, cancellations must be made by 17:30 the day before your appointment. To reschedule, please do so at least 3 hours prior to your booked time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so please contact us as soon as you know whether you need to cancel or reschedule.
